4:1 And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep.
4:2 And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have seen, and, behold, a candlestick all of gold, with its bowl upon the top of it, and its seven lamps thereon; there are seven pipes to each of the lamps, which are upon the top thereof;
4:3 and two olive-trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.
4:4 And I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord?
4:5 Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these are? And I said, No, my lord.
4:6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of Jehovah unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith Jehovah of hosts.
4:7 Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain; and he shall bring forth the top stone with shoutings of Grace, grace, unto it.
4:8 Moreover the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
4:9 The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that Jehovah of hosts hath sent me unto you.
4:10 For who hath despised the day of small things? for these seven shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel; these are the eyes of Jehovah, which run to and fro through the whole earth.
4:11 Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive-trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof?
4:12 And I answered the second time, and said unto him, What are these two olive-branches, which are beside the two golden spouts, that empty the golden oil out of themselves?
4:13 And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these are? And I said, No, my lord.
4:14 Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.
5:1 Then again I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, a flying roll.
5:2 And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits.
5:3 Then said he unto me, This is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole land: for every one that stealeth shall be cut off on the one side according to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off on the other side according to it.
5:4 I will cause it to go forth, saith Jehovah of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name; and it shall abide in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof.
5:5 Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now thine eyes, and see what is this that goeth forth.
5:6 And I said, What is it? And he said, This is the ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their appearance in all the land
5:7 (and, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead); and this is a woman sitting in the midst of the ephah.
5:8 And he said, This is Wickedness: and he cast her down into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof.
5:9 Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there came forth two women, and the wind was in their wings; now they had wings like the wings of a stork; and they lifted up the ephah between earth and heaven.
5:10 Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah?
5:11 And he said unto me, To build her a house in the land of Shinar: and when it is prepared, she shall be set there in her own place.
